You will learn how to use leglocks to create reactions and overwhelm your opponent. This seminar will focus on the ideas of contraction & extension in order to create fluid combos into and out of leglocks. We will explore chokes, arm locks, sweeps, & passes and how they connect to leglocks.

In this seminar we will use leg entanglements and submissions to put our opponents into the horrible situation where they must either let us leglock them or give us some position and/or submission.
Linking with Positions:
This first seminar will focus on teaching you how to use leglocks to and the reactions they cause to pass guard and sweep your opponents. Conversely we will cover how to enter leglocks from defended passes and sweeps. It makes a smooth infinite loop of frustration for your opponent
Linking with submissions:
The second seminar we will shift to using the same positions to link chokes & arm locks to the same leg entanglements from the first seminar. We will explore this in both theoretical and live examples.
