Two Seminars. One Mission: Elevate Your Jiu Jitsu.

Don't Get Smashed:

This first seminar will focus on teaching you a battle tested approach to avoiding being trapped and gaining height, top position, or an advantageous guard to attack from. We will also explore some common responses from your opponent and how to avoid them. We will explore progressive resistance and check for understanding.

Counter-Attack:

The second seminar will focus on taking advantage of what happens when you force your opponent to hold you down and take advantage of their aggression. We will explore entries into submissions and sweeps as well as causing dilemmas in your opponent in order to open up offense. Once again we will explore your opponent's best way to counter your plans in order to maximize awareness when you enter a live roll.
